Necessary Documents : 

• Samarth Application form
• Class X Admit Card, Pass Certificate, and Marksheet  (both original and duplicate copy)
• Class XII Admit Card, Pass Certificate, and Marksheet  (both original and duplicate copy)
• Caste/ Category Certificate (If applicable)
• Original ID and Domicile documents uploaded in Samarth Portal
• Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• Passport-sized photograph (3 copies)
• Family Income certificate issued by a competent authority, Self-declaration form, and sapling ( for fee waiver scheme) 

Fee Structure :

• Non Fee Waiver: Rs. 4060/-
• Fee Waiver: Rs. 650/-
• Mode of Payment: UPI (Google Pay/ Phone Pay etc)
