  • Dully filled up and signed undertaking for Antiragging (Undertaking Registration Link  |  Click here to Download Undertaking)
  • 3 copies of Passport sized Photograph
  • Original and photocopy of Admit card, Marksheet & Certificate of Class X or Equivalent.
  • Original and photocopy of Admit card, Marksheet & Certificate of Class XII or Equivalent.
  • Identity Proof (PAN, AADHAAR, Driving license, School or College ID Card etc.)
  • Original and photocopy of Income Certificate ( only for fee waiver scheme) issued by Local Revenue Circle Officer or Ration Card  and Photograph of planting a sapling with Self declaration ( Click here to download Self declaration form )
